About the position

As a Manager in Oracle Applications Technical Consulting at EY, you will lead the delivery of complex application implementations and provide innovative solutions leveraging Oracle's SaaS and PaaS applications. This role focuses on defining user requirements, managing project delivery, and ensuring high-quality outcomes while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver high-quality processes, solutions, or projects with a focus on quality and risk management.
• Ensure billability through chargeable work to external clients.
• Lead workstream delivery with strategic oversight.
• Manage project status and oversee deliverable completion.
• Travel as required by client engagements.
• Actively participate in client sessions and lead workstreams from planning to execution.
• Identify additional service opportunities to drive sales.
• Lead specific RFP responses and manage engagement economics.
• Execute resource planning within budget constraints.

Requirements
