About the position
As a Technology Business Analyst Manager at EY, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This position involves analyzing business models and processes to capture requirements that translate into technical specifications, ensuring that system architecture solutions align with business objectives. You will manage and deliver high-quality processes, solutions, or projects with a focus on risk management, while also overseeing professional employees or teams to achieve complex technical initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications
- Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions
- Manage and deliver high-quality processes, solutions, or projects with a focus on risk management
- Oversee professional employees or supervise teams to achieve complex technical initiatives
- Maintain billable client charging and lead delivery streams
- Engage with external clients daily
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience working with an ERP system in a software configuration implementation role or as an Oracle financials super user
- Proven track record in system implementation or super user for three or more Oracle Financial Applications
- 5-10 full lifecycle implementations in Oracle Financial Applications
- Familiarity with Oracle methodologies such as OUM or AIM
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
- Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues
- Willingness and ability to travel 60+% of a work schedule
Nice-to-haves
- MBA or MS degree preferred
- Cloud Certifications in Oracle Cloud Applications
