About the position

As a Manager in EY's Oracle Services practice, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This position involves managing and delivering high-quality processes and projects, focusing on risk management and continuous improvement. You will oversee teams, engage with clients, and ensure that technology solutions align with business objectives, all while driving innovation and best practices in Oracle applications and technology.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver high-quality processes, solutions, or projects with a focus on risk management.
  • Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions.
  • Oversee professional employees or supervise teams to achieve complex technical initiatives.
  • Maintain billable client charging and lead delivery streams.
  • Engage with external clients daily.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • 4 to 6 years of relevant experience working with an ERP system in a software configuration implementation role or as an Oracle financials super user.
  • Proven track record in system implementation or super user for three or more Oracle Financial Applications such as General Ledger, Payables, Payments, Expenses, Receivables, and others.
  • 5-10 full lifecycle implementations in Oracle Financial Applications.
  • Familiarity with Oracle methodologies such as OUM or AIM.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • MBA or MS degree preferred.
  • Cloud Certifications in Oracle Cloud Applications.
