About the position
The Oracle Services - Oracle Cloud Finance Manager position at EY involves leading and managing complex full lifecycle initiatives within the Oracle Services practice. This role focuses on bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that system architecture aligns with business objectives while driving continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver high-quality processes, solutions, or projects with a focus on risk management.
- Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
- Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions.
- Oversee professional employees or supervise teams to achieve complex technical initiatives.
- Maintain billable client charging and lead delivery streams.
- Manage projects and engage with external clients daily.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree.
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience working with an ERP system in a software configuration implementation role or as an Oracle financials super user.
- Proven track record in system implementation or super user for three or more Oracle Financial Applications such as General Ledger, Payables, Payments, Expenses, Receivables, Collections, Revenue Management, Taxes, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Projects Costing.
