About the position

As a Manager in Application Systems Engineering at EY, you will lead the delivery of high-quality processes and solutions in Oracle SCM Applications. This role focuses on defining user and customer requirements, engineering software components, and ensuring seamless communication within system architecture. You will manage project delivery, oversee teams, and drive innovation through research and best practices in Oracle's applications and technology space.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver high-quality processes, solutions, or projects with a focus on quality, risk management, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure billability through chargeable work to external clients.
  • Lead workstream delivery with strategic oversight.
  • Manage project status and oversee deliverable completion.
  • Travel as required by client engagements.
  • Actively participate in client sessions and lead workstreams from planning to execution.
  • Identify additional service opportunities to drive sales.
  • Lead specific RFP responses and manage engagement economics.
  • Execute resource planning within budget constraints.

Requirements

  • A 4-year bachelor's degree is required, with at least 4-6 years of relevant experience.
  • 4 - 6 years relevant experience working with SCM / ERP application implementations as a Technical Lead, Application Development Lead, or Enterprise Application Integration lead, with at least 2 years in a managerial and IT/business integration role.
  • 2-3 full cycle implementations of Oracle SCM Cloud and 3-4 Oracle EBS Applications implementation experience focusing on Order Management, Pricing, Inventory, Product Information Management, Procurement, and Manufacturing related modules.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience with FBDI, OTBI, REST and SOAP.
  • Proven track record in integration tools and technologies such as Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi or any leading integration platform.
  • Demonstrated use of Oracle methodologies such as OUM or AIM.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematics, or related field (MBA or MS degree preferred).
