The Oracle Supply Chain Business Analyst position at Knowles Corporation is a full-time role that reports directly to the Director of Global Business Systems. This position is pivotal in bridging business knowledge with a deep understanding of the configuration options and functionalities of various Oracle Supply Chain modules. The analyst will be responsible for providing production support specifically tailored to certain geographic areas within the organization. This includes managing and supporting Oracle ERP modules such as Order Management, Shipping, Purchasing, and Inventory. The role requires gathering new reporting requirements, conducting feasibility analyses, and offering actionable recommendations based on findings. In addition to production support, the analyst will work on prioritized requests, which involves developing functional design documents and creating comprehensive test plans. Collaboration with the development team is essential, as the analyst will assist in the development process, perform regression testing, and conduct user acceptance testing. Training will also be a key component of this role, ensuring that end-users are equipped to utilize the systems effectively. The position demands a strong background in Oracle EBS modules, with at least 10 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of Oracle ERP applications, including database architecture and development tools such as PL/SQL and SQL Plus. Proficiency in Oracle AIM methodology and the ability to run SQL scripts for data analysis and validation are also critical. The analyst must demonstrate strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities, along with effective communication skills to facilitate meetings and follow up on action items. The role requires the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment and to work collaboratively in a multicultural setting, influencing cross-organizationally without direct authority.
