About the position

The Infrastructure Systems Engineer III position is focused on ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of both on-premises and cloud infrastructure systems for the client. This role is critical in managing key organizational functions such as Windows Server, VMWare, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365, requiring a blend of technical expertise and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement requirements for monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing infrastructure systems.
• Utilize strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with teams to maximize the benefits of IT systems investments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of relevant experience, or 10-12 years of progressive information system experience, including 8-10 years in an Infrastructure or Systems Engineer role.
• Expert-level experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem, particularly InTune and endpoint management, Exchange Online and mail delivery, PowerShell scripting, Active Directory & Azure AD.
