About the position
Meta is seeking an Oracle Supply Chain Solutions Tech Lead to join the Supply Chain Solutions Program Management team. This role focuses on architecting and enabling solutions for the Data Center Infrastructure Supply Chain & Engineering group. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Supply Chain Transformations and Oracle solutions enablement, with a proven track record of implementing best-in-class processes across various Supply Chain functions. The position requires a strategic mindset to translate Supply Chain strategies into actionable business models and lead the implementation of these strategies, processes, and tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of Oracle solutions, ensuring quality delivery and expected outcomes.
- Gather business requirements and develop process flows.
- Create proofs of concept and architect/design the solution.
- Configure, execute testing, and launch processes/tools.
- Support hypercare and participate in change management activities.
- Engage proactively with business stakeholders and operations leads to understand their objectives and needs.
- Develop strategies to transform processes and tools related to various Supply Chain functions.
- Partner with relevant teams to develop an end-to-end solutions architecture.
- Maintain and evolve a Supply Chain solutions roadmap that aligns with business priorities.
- Establish clear metrics for programs/projects and drive continuous improvements.
- Influence leaders and stakeholders to prioritize transformation and optimization programs.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate complex assignments impacting multiple functions.
- Identify risks and establish action plans for execution.
- Contribute to community efforts to build and sustain diversity and development programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a directly related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 15+ years of experience in architecting, designing, building, testing, and deploying E2E Oracle Cloud Solutions (SCM, ERP).
- Expertise in multiple Oracle Supply Chain Management and ERP Applications including Demand Management, Supply Planning, and Inventory Management.
- Proven experience in identifying problem statements and structuring critical programs with measurable goals.
- Demonstrated partnerships with stakeholders to define and influence supply chain strategy and roadmaps.
- Experience executing against strategy and managing through obstacles.
Nice-to-haves
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Expertise in other Oracle Supply Chain Management and ERP Applications including Product Lifecycle Management and Supplier Collaboration.
- Experience with SDLC, Agile, PMP, Six Sigma, and Lean principles applied to Data Center Infrastructure supply chain processes.
- Experience architecting and implementing supply chain solutions for Hyperscalers.
