About the position

As an Oral Care Digital UX Researcher & Designer at Procter & Gamble, you will play a crucial role in transforming consumer insights into exceptional digital experiences. This position involves conducting user research, creating design solutions, and collaborating with a multi-functional team to enhance the Oral-B brand's digital presence. Your work will focus on understanding consumer behaviors and preferences, leading to innovative design strategies that elevate brand loyalty and consumer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Uncover and socialize key consumer and industry insights.
  • Translate insights into consumer experience solutions.
  • Plan, execute, and socialize generative and evaluative research.
  • Create consumer stories through IDCs/personas and experience maps.
  • Deliver information architecture, wire flows, and clickable prototypes.
  • Evaluate designs for first impressions and usability.
  • Determine KPIs to measure the success of design work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Digital Design, Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Design Research, or relevant fields.
  • 1-5 years of design experience in UX Design and Research.
  • Strong design thinking mastery with a consumer-centered approach.
  • Proficiency in digital editing and research tools such as Figma/Figjam and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong design mastery in UX Design and Research.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience mentoring other user experience professionals.
  • Strong communication skills for justifying design choices and providing feedback.
