About the position

The Skin Health HCP Sales Strategy Manager at Kenvue is responsible for leading the sales strategy for the company's healthcare professional (HCP) sales team in the US. This role focuses on maximizing the company's scientific leadership and driving business growth through effective collaboration with various cross-functional teams. The manager will develop and evaluate performance metrics, maintain knowledge of industry trends, and ensure compliance while executing sales strategies that align with brand objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead HCP CSO strategy and day-to-day efforts to deliver against business priorities.
  • Develop and evaluate performance metrics for the sales force relative to brand objectives.
  • Provide strategic input from a sales perspective to cultivate a skin health business activation plan.
  • Accountable for a holistic salesforce plan that maximizes marketing efforts and engages multiple HCP audiences.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the current HCP environment and industry trends.
  • Partner with sales force analytics team to identify unique connection points and insights.
  • Lead oral care strategy and contracting with Dental Service Organizations (DSO) and Dental Schools.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree is required; MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 6 years of Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, and/or Consumer Package Goods experience is required.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills and strong negotiation skills are required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex, matrixed environment is required.
  • Proven track record developing and delivering brand, marketing, and/or customer strategies is required.
  • Experience in leading and inspiring large, geographically dispersed teams is required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Proficient in applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are preferred.
  • Experience in sales or marketing management and sales leadership is preferred.
  • People management experience is preferred.
  • Health care professional marketing experience is highly preferred.
  • Oral care experience is preferred.
