Gentle Dental is seeking a part-time Oral Surgeon to join our team in Lenexa, KS. Our practice is predominantly PPO, and we manage the details of the practice so that our partners can concentrate on delivering high-quality care to their patients. The selected candidate will benefit from referrals from multiple general dentists, ensuring a steady flow of patients and opportunities to provide comprehensive oral surgical care. The position requires a commitment of 2-4 days per month, providing flexibility for the right candidate. We offer guaranteed compensation for the first 60 days, followed by a competitive compensation structure based on 50% of production. This role is not only about performing surgeries but also about building relationships with patients and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment journey.
