About the position
The Order Builder position at Swire Coca-Cola involves working as part of the Warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment for customers. The role is essential in maintaining stock levels and involves building delivery loads with various products onto pallets for shipment. This position requires adherence to safety standards while operating powered industrial trucks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Utilize voice-picking software and operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jack and/or hand truck) to build orders by pulling defined quantities of inventory onto pallet(s).
- Build accurate, quality product orders and ensure the order is secure for transport before being loaded into the truck for delivery.
- Stage completed pallets in designated shipping area(s).
- Perform daily inspection and minor maintenance (as needed) on equipment to ensure safe operation of equipment.
- Complete training requirements.
- Restock product in picking areas as needed.
- Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (or GED) required.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently; may be repetitive.
