About the position

The Order Entry / Invoicing / Inventory position at our High Point, NC office involves receiving and processing incoming orders, compiling data for billing, and preparing invoices for shipments. The role requires excellent computer skills and the ability to multitask while communicating effectively with customers and sales representatives. This is a full-time position with benefits after a probationary period.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process incoming orders via email, fax, or other electronic means.
  • Compile, compute, and record data for billing purposes.
  • Prepare billing invoices for shipments of goods.
  • Set up inventory items with training provided.
  • Communicate with customers and sales representatives via telephone.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and ERP systems.
  • Strong data entry skills.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.

  • Experience in order entry or invoicing is a plus.
