The specialist will also analyze and improve order processing procedures to enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming orders utilizing QuickBooks and ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Utilize warehouse management system to track inventory and manage order fulfillment
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve any order-related issues or discrepancies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Continuously analyze and improve order processing procedures to increase efficiency

Requirements

• Previous experience in materials handling, preferably in a warehouse or e-commerce environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management principles
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software related to order processing and inventory management

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with QuickBooks (1 year preferred)
