About the position

The Order Fulfillment Supervisor at Cresco Labs is responsible for overseeing the efficient and accurate fulfillment of sales orders, ensuring timely delivery to dispensary customers. This role involves coordinating logistics, managing a team of leads, agents, and drivers, and implementing standard operating procedures to enhance productivity. The supervisor will also engage in training, performance monitoring, and problem-solving related to inventory discrepancies.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the efficient and accurate fulfillment of sales orders.
  • Coordinate routes and schedules for transport of orders to dispensary customers.
  • Train and onboard Leads, Agents, and Drivers.
  • Track maintenance records for delivery vehicles.
  • Ensure leads and agents are performing daily tasks correctly and efficiently.
  • Administer coaching and discipline as needed, partnering with the department Manager or Human Resources.
  • Monitor WI's/SOP's and implement new ones to increase productivity.
  • Take daily attendance and conduct weekly meetings with the team.
  • Recordkeeping of Delivery Rejection log and Daily Performance log.
  • Problem-solve inventory discrepancies and keep track of Order Fulfillment inventory.
  • Approve Timecards and manage time off requests for team members.
  • Interview potential candidates and fulfill orders as needed.
  • Communicate with Sales regarding order fulfillment and delivery schedules.

Requirements

  • Relevant educational background or 1-3 years of experience in Inventory Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Order Fulfillment, or similar.
  • 2+ years' experience managing or leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedures.
  • Well organized with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
  • Strong Excel, Word, and general computer knowledge.
