About The Position
RTC is dedicated to continual improvement and evolving our capabilities to deliver higher-performing solutions for our clients. As an Order Packer/Labeler, you will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring that products are packaged accurately and efficiently according to sales orders. This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to 5S standards. You will be responsible for verifying item quantities, checking part numbers, and preparing items for shipment, which includes stretch-wrapping and banding skids as per instructions. Additionally, you will assist in measuring and weighing cartons, labeling packages for UPS/FED-EX, and loading containers as needed. Safety is paramount, and you will be expected to follow all safety rules and report any potential hazards to management. This role is essential in supporting our supply chain and ensuring that our clients receive their orders accurately and on time.
