About the position

The Warehouse Associate (Picker/Packer & Inventory Control) position is essential for the logistics and order fulfillment process. The role involves picking and packing customer orders, managing inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of working in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications, ensuring items are properly prepared for shipment.
• Receive and verify incoming products, ensuring quantities and quality match purchase orders.
• Organize products in the warehouse, maintaining an efficient storage system.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed to ensure product availability.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all orders are complete and accurately packed before shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to ensure easy access to products and a safe working space.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, orders, and stock levels.
• Report discrepancies or issues to management.
• Work closely with other warehouse staff and management to meet daily order fulfillment targets and address any operational issues.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order management.
• Ability to lift and move products, with occasional heavy lifting required.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
