The Customer Service Associate at Pinelawn Memorial Park & Arboretum plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient order processing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors. This position involves preparing and processing memorial orders, collaborating with clients to gather necessary details, and ensuring timely installation of memorials. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills to manage orders effectively and provide support to families during their time of need.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process memorial orders according to client specifications.
• Collaborate with clients to obtain outstanding order details and set expectations around manufacturing and installation.
• Submit orders to memorial vendors, ensuring manufacturing timelines are met and orders are delivered for installation.
• Log order information into the order management system, maintaining up-to-date records.
• Partner with the Bronze Installation team to ensure timely and accurate installation of memorials upon delivery.
• Send notifications and mailers to clients following the installation of memorials.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Solid experience using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook email and calendar).
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Client and Order Management systems.
