Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, review, and process customer orders with high precision.
- Verify order details, including product specifications, pricing, and shipping information.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.
- Maintain and update order statuses in the system, providing real-time updates to customers as needed.
- Address any discrepancies or issues with orders, collaborating with internal teams to resolve them promptly.
- Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and other necessary paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all order processing tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in order processing, customer service, or logistics is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and experience with order management software or ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
