About the position

Join our dynamic team at a leading Intermodal Logistics company as a Data Entry/Order Processor. In this critical role, you will ensure the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders while maintaining exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. This position requires 2+ years of experience in the transportation/logistics industry.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update shipment details, customer orders, and other critical data into the company's logistics management systems.
• Process, verify, and track orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve order discrepancies and provide updates.
• Maintain and organize digital and physical records of shipments, invoices, and related documentation.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure all intermodal logistics processes run smoothly.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the transportation/logistics industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
