About the position
More Local Patients, LLC is looking for a detail-oriented Order Processor to manage the order processing cycle while providing exceptional customer service. This full-time role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and client communication.
Responsibilities
- Handle and process client orders from initial request through to completion.
- Accurately enter and track orders throughout each stage of the process.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams to confirm order specifics, timelines, and expectations.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Quickly address any order discrepancies or issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with suppliers to secure necessary materials.
- Prepare and send order confirmations, invoices, and other essential documentation.
- Keep detailed records of all transactions, orders, and communications within the company's system.
Requirements
- Prior experience in order processing, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, order management software, or similar tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
