Requirements
- 1+ years of e-commerce customer service and order fulfillment experience.
- Familiarity with drop shipping for platforms like Amazon, Walmart, and Wayfair.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent multitasking and communication skills.
