About the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Order Processor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution center by accurately processing orders and managing inventory. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming orders using our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Perform picking and packing of products according to order specifications while adhering to quality standards.
• Load and unload shipments, ensuring that all items are handled safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with shipping and receiving teams to verify incoming and outgoing shipments against packing lists.
• Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring that all materials are stored properly within the warehouse.
• Utilize basic math skills to accurately count inventory and reconcile discrepancies as needed.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely, following all safety protocols.
• Assist in inventory management by conducting regular counts and reporting any issues with stock levels.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
• Strong basic math skills for accurate order processing.
• Experience with shipping and receiving processes, including knowledge of MRP systems, is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Attention to detail with a focus on maintaining accuracy in order fulfillment processes.
