About the position

The Order Processor at Greenfield Global is responsible for processing customer orders and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role involves direct interaction with customers via phone and email to address their needs and concerns, while maintaining a high level of detail and organization in order management.

Responsibilities

• Auditing and processing orders that arrive via email, fax, or mail.
• Ensuring all required regulatory information is received, reviewed, and properly documented to prepare orders for shipment.
• Recording customer information within the database.
• Emailing required documentation to customers.
• Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner and properly addressing concerns.
• Offering support and solutions to customers in accordance with company and department processes.
• Taking inbound calls.

• Strong communication skills.
