Order Replenishment Merchandiser - Spring, Tomball, Jersey Village, Cypress

About the position

The Order Replenishment Merchandiser at Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is responsible for ensuring that the company's iconic beverage brands are consistently available to customers. This full-time role involves working weekdays and weekends, starting shifts at 6 AM until routes are completed. The position requires a valid driver's license and involves merchandising and grocery stocking tasks.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements.
• Implement Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards.
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels, and product rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes.
• Engage in daily communication, problem resolution, and follow-up with customers, co-workers, and shoppers.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License and current vehicle liability insurance with a clean driving record.
• Ability to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Physical ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over, and reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Nice-to-haves

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience is preferred.
