About the position
The Order Replenishment Merchandiser at Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is responsible for ensuring that iconic beverage brands are consistently available to customers. This role involves building and maintaining product displays, managing stock inventory, and communicating effectively with customers and co-workers. The position requires flexibility as it covers a swing route across multiple towns, with a focus on merchandising popular beverages.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements.
- Implement Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards.
- Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels, and product rotation in displays.
- Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
- Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes.
- Engage in daily communication, problem resolution, and follow-up with customers, co-workers, and shoppers.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License and current vehicle liability insurance.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
- Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over, and reach above head height.
- Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.
Nice-to-haves
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Previous sales/merchandising experience preferred.
