About the position
Concentric Healthcare Staffing is seeking PRN (per diem) Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join a pool for a Long Term Care (LTC) facility in Mount Angel, OR. This role offers flexible scheduling with the ability to choose your own hours across day, evening, and night shifts, providing essential healthcare services to residents in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in a Long Term Care facility.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document patient health status and progress.
- Assist with daily living activities and personal care for residents.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care.
Requirements
- Valid Oregon RN, LPN, or CNA license.
- BLS Certification required.
- Clear background check and drug screen.
- TB Test or Chest X-ray required.
- Pre-employment physical examination.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Long Term Care.

- Experience in geriatric care or rehabilitation services.
