About the position

The Organization Change Consulting Senior Manager in the Health Industry works with C-suite executives, leaders, and boards of leading organizations to drive growth, enhance competitiveness, and implement operational improvements. The role focuses on delivering sustainable stakeholder value and setting new performance frontiers through deep industry and functional expertise supported by technology, data, analytics, AI, change management, talent, learning, and sustainability capabilities. The Talent and Organization team helps clients co-create the workforce of the future by making decisions based on insights, providing tools and roadmaps for optimal performance, creating engaging digital experiences, and fostering the development of forward-thinking leaders. The position requires a leader who can guide clients through comprehensive reinvention processes, utilizing technology and automation to enhance organizational agility and productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through reinvention including reimagining work and workforce enabled by technology, automation and Gen AI capabilities
  • Translate strategic direction and business objectives into holistic change strategies
  • Build and lead change teams within large-scale reinvention programs
  • Use data-driven insights to assess change readiness, adoption rates, and organizational sentiment
  • Design agile change strategies to shift company culture and adjust ways of working
  • Apply human-centered design principles to co-create change solutions and personalized change journeys
  • Utilize organizational change analytics and data visualization
  • Implement behavioral science practices and agile change management methods
  • Help clients build lasting agile change capabilities to enhance organizational resiliency
  • Assist with business development including proposals and client relationship building
  • Contribute to market research, capability development, thought capital, and knowledge management

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in transformational change management
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Consulting, Advisory, or Project-based environments
  • Minimum of 2 years of Health Industry experience

Nice-to-haves

  • Large scale consulting experience
  • Expertise in designing, developing, and rolling out HR processes
  • Familiarity with digital tools like HR Automation, Future Workforce Design, and Analytics
  • Experience with Change Analytics, Change Tracking, Design Thinking, Change Capability Development, Agile Change Management
  • Familiarity with digital change management tools like Cognition.
