About the position

The Organization Change Consulting Senior Manager in the Health Industry works with C-suite executives, leaders, and boards of leading organizations to help them reinvent every part of their enterprise. The goal is to drive greater growth, enhance competitiveness, implement operational improvements, reduce costs, deliver sustainable stakeholder value, and set a new performance frontier. The role involves leveraging deep industry and functional expertise supported by proprietary assets and solutions to help organizations transform faster and become more resilient. The Strategy & Consulting services are underpinned by technology, data, analytics, AI, change management, talent, learning, and sustainability capabilities. The Talent and Organization team focuses on co-creating the workforce of the future by making decisions based on insights, providing tools and roadmaps for optimal performance, creating engaging digital experiences, and developing forward-thinking leaders. The team specializes in new skilling, talent strategy, leadership development, employee experience, and change management. As a leader and a force for change, the Senior Manager will guide clients through reinvention, utilizing technology, automation, and AI to enhance organizational agility and productivity. Building effective teams to support clients in their transformation journey is also a key aspect of the role.

Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through reinvention including reimagining work and workforce enabled by technology, automation and Gen AI capabilities
  • Guide the translation of strategic direction and business objectives established by clients into holistic change strategies
  • Build and lead change teams within large-scale reinvention programs, guiding clients through designing and embedding continuous change practices
  • Use data-driven insights to assess change readiness, adoption rates, and organizational sentiment
  • Design agile change strategies that will help companies shift their culture, adjust ways of working to be future-ready
  • Apply human-centered design principles to co-create change solutions and personalized change journeys with clients
  • Use leading practice change tools and methodologies including organizational change analytics and data visualization, behavioral science practices, agile change management methods and tools, and digital engagement, collaboration, and development tools and platforms
  • Help clients build lasting agile change capabilities at all levels of the organization to build organizational resiliency
  • Assist Accenture with business development including proposals and building client relationships
  • Contribute to building the T&O practice through market research, Points-of-View, capability development, thought capital, and knowledge management
  • Be ready to travel as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in transformational change management
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Consulting, Advisory, or Project-based environments
  • Minimum of 2 years of Health Industry experience

Nice-to-haves

  • Large scale consulting experience
  • Knowledge of designing, developing, and rolling out HR processes
  • Familiarity with digital tools like HR Automation, Future Workforce Design and Analytics
  • Experience with Change Analytics, Change Tracking, Design Thinking, Change Capability Development, Agile Change Management
  • Familiarity with digital change management tools like Cognition.
