We are excited to be named one of the World's Best Workplaces by Fortune Magazine! The Organizational Change Management team within IT is responsible for contributing to the overall change management strategy and leading the overall change management approach and communications for an identified region and key stakeholders. The manager will collaborate with the IT leaders to understand stakeholders and impacts, plan and deliver OCM plans for key priority programs, and build OCM competency within the functional area. The role involves driving the creation and execution of the Change Management planning for each release, ensuring an aligned and cohesive approach. The manager will lead OCM efforts to IT initiatives and programs within GQO, collaborating with business owners and process SMEs to identify and document change impacts, assess the degree of impact, and define People mitigation plans accordingly. This includes defining, driving, and tracking all People/Change mitigation actions to closure for IT and programs, identifying change barriers, and ensuring that business owners and key program partners are aware of these findings and aligned. Additionally, the manager will lead organizational change readiness evaluations, measure adoption of key changes, and create, maintain, and execute deployment-specific communication plans. The role also requires working closely with IT Organizational Development partners to drive critical development elements of the OD strategy, managing assigned training projects, and driving innovative learning methods to address IT development needs. Communication is key, as the manager will work with the IT Communications team to ensure alignment and support around OCM activities, developing key messages around upcoming changes.
