About the position

The Organization Change Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of the Enterprise Program Management tool and processes. This position requires engaging with key stakeholders to lead change activities, ensuring that the adoption of these changes is both successful and sustainable. The individual will be responsible for designing and delivering tailored change management plans, communications, and materials that align with the needs of the organization. In this role, the Change Manager will conduct thorough change impact assessments, stakeholder interviews, and workshops to gather insights and feedback. Managing the calendar of project timelines, including interdependencies, is crucial to ensure that all aspects of the project are aligned and progressing as planned. The Change Manager will also report on progress, flagging any issues and risks that may arise during the implementation process. Additionally, the Change Manager will identify and post learning resources, assisting in the development and delivery of training to ensure that all stakeholders are equipped to adapt to the changes. The role may also involve providing other change support as needed, making it essential for the Change Manager to be adaptable and responsive to the evolving needs of the project.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver fit for purpose change management plans, communications, and materials.
  • Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and more.
  • Manage calendar of project timelines, including interdependencies.
  • Report progress and flag issues and risks.
  • Identify and post learning resources and assist in development and delivery of training.
  • Provide other change support as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience leading change for an ERP, ePMO or similar large scale, organization wide change implementation.
  • Accustomed to quickly grasping change needs on large complex projects and topic areas.
  • Project management skills to manage timelines and interdependencies across multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Skilled in developing and applying change management measures and related analytic skills.
  • Skilled change workstream lead, and creative coach to help project team members understand change management requirements and solutions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; as well as SharePoint and Teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • 1 year of business development experience (Preferred).
  • 1 year of sales experience (Preferred).
  • Ability to commute to White Plains, NY 10601 (Preferred).
  • Willingness to travel 25% (Preferred).
