About the position

The Apple Services Engineering team is seeking a collaborative and strategic team member to support Infrastructure engineering teams. This role focuses on improving organizational efficiency, managing change, and supporting senior leaders in executing strategic initiatives and business priorities. The position involves a variety of responsibilities, including planning meetings, coordinating business reviews, and driving communication efforts across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support leadership team in planning and developing agendas for strategic and operational meetings.
• Coordinate quarterly business reviews, planning meetings, and offsites, including logistics and content preparation.
• Drive adoption and measure the impact of standard practices and tools across the organization.
• Oversee key organizational tasks such as space planning, growth planning, headcount planning, and fiscal budget management.
• Identify cultural areas for improvement and implement initiatives in partnership with People Team and Learning & Development experts.
• Develop and drive communication plans, including All Hands, blogs, leadership updates, and internal documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Chief of Staff, Operations Manager, Business Manager, or similar role.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across functions and levels.
• Proven ability to manage large, complex projects effectively in a fast-paced, global team environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and acute attention to detail.
• Highly effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information for various audiences.
• Experience planning and executing virtual or in-person team events.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working with software engineering organizations.
• Familiarity with Keynote, Pages, Numbers, and other Apple tools.
