About the position

The Senior Organizational Change and Policy Management Lead will oversee large-scale organizational projects, focusing on policy coordination and administrative operations. This role requires a subject matter expert in Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Policy Management Systems, providing leadership and strategic insight to enhance company initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM), with at least 5 years leading the implementation of large-scale projects.
  • 7+ years of experience working with Policy Management Systems, with preference for experience with platforms such as PowerDMS.
  • 7+ years of experience in Policy Coordination and process improvement, with preference for certifications in Lean/Rapid Process Improvement.
  • 5+ years of experience with Emergency Notification Systems, with preference for experience with platforms like Everbridge.
  • 2+ years of experience with Travel Management System administration.
  • 10+ years of experience in mid-to-senior level administrative support and Human Resources coordination.
