About the position

The Organizational Change Lead will be a key member of the enterprise Organizational Change Management (OCM) team within a pharmaceutical client’s End User organization. This role focuses on developing and executing change management strategies that effectively represent the voice of the end user. The successful candidate will collaborate across teams, create journey maps, and manage multiple change programs, ensuring effective communication and relationship building throughout the process.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and articulate detailed change management plans and strategies.
  • Create journey maps to visualize the change process for end users.
  • Collaborate with various teams to execute change initiatives effectively.
  • Communicate change outcomes and strategic direction to a large employee base (150k+).
  • Manage and report on the status of change initiatives to leadership.
  • Work with UX and visual design teams to create change content and messaging.
  • Oversee the transition of large volumes of devices, including issuing new PCs to business groups.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Senior OCM Analyst with a focus on developing change management plans.
  • 6+ years of experience as a change manager on an enterprise team using Prosci/ADKAR methodologies.
  • Experience collaborating with UX and visual design teams to develop change content.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience managing collaboration and productivity products in the MS365 suite.
  • Experience in OCM for acquisitions, divestitures, or establishing new business entities.
