About the position

The Organizational Change Lead will be part of an enterprise Organizational Change Management (OCM) team within a pharmaceutical company, focusing on creating and executing change strategies that represent the voice of the end user. This role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills, as well as familiarity with various visualization tools and change methodologies. The position is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days a week onsite in Raritan, NJ, and involves collaboration with multiple stakeholders in IT.

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate detailed change management plans and strategies.
• Create journey maps to visualize the change process for end users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective change execution.
• Communicate change outcomes and strategic direction to leadership and employees.
• Manage multiple change programs simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Utilize visualization tools like Visio, PowerPoint, or Mural to create change content and messaging.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Senior OCM Analyst, specifically in developing change management plans and strategies.
• 6+ years of experience as a change manager on an enterprise team utilizing Prosci/ADKAR methodologies.
• Experience working with UX and visual design teams to create change content.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills to define behavioral change outcomes.
• Previous experience managing collaboration and productivity products in the MS365 suite.
• Experience in OCM for acquisitions, divestitures, or establishing new business entities.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with change methodologies and targeted change strategies.
• Experience in managing large volumes of device transitions, including issuing new PCs.
