About the position

This entry-level position focuses on crafting strategic roadmaps, optimizing processes, and managing organizational change to foster collaborative partnerships and transformative outcomes. As part of our team, you will support change strategy implementation, stakeholder engagement, and communication efforts, ensuring that our clients achieve measurable value through innovation and excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Support Change Strategy Implementation by assisting in the development and execution of change management strategies and plans.
  • Engage with stakeholders by working closely with project teams and client stakeholders to gather input and ensure alignment throughout the change process.
  • Conduct Impact Analysis to determine the extent of changes and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Provide Communication & Training Support by helping create and deliver communication materials and training programs that enhance end-user adoption.
  • Identify risks by assisting in identifying resistance to change and proposing strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Gather data and report on the effectiveness of change management activities, providing insights to project teams.
  • Support project leaders and ensure all team members are informed and aligned on change objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM), project management, or related roles.
  • Basic understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter).
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with stakeholders and facilitating discussions.
  • Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci) is a plus.
  • Experience supporting change in technology implementations or process improvements.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex business challenges and support innovative solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support senior consultants.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Basic understanding of strategic planning, business process optimization, and organizational change management.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree is a plus.
  • Industry exposure in automotive, manufacturing, or aerospace is advantageous.
