About the position

Join our esteemed Digital Advisory Team at MHP - A Porsche Company, where we empower mobility and manufacturing clients to understand, analyze, and expand their businesses for optimal growth. This entry-level position focuses on supporting change strategy implementation, stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, and communication and training support, all aimed at facilitating successful transitions for our clients. As part of a collaborative team, you will help deliver measurable value through innovative solutions and strategic roadmaps.

Responsibilities

  • Support Change Strategy Implementation by assisting in the development and execution of change management strategies and plans.
  • Engage with stakeholders by working closely with project teams and client stakeholders to gather input and ensure alignment throughout the change process.
  • Conduct change impact assessments to determine the extent of changes and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Help create and deliver communication materials and training programs that support the transition and enhance end-user adoption.
  • Assist in identifying resistance to change and propose strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of change management activities, providing insights and reports to project teams.
  • Provide support to project leaders and ensure all team members are informed and aligned on the change objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in OCM, project management, or related roles.
  • Understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with stakeholders and facilitating discussions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex business challenges and support innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support senior consultants.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Advanced understanding of strategic planning, business process optimization, and organizational change management.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree is a plus.
  • Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci) is a plus.
  • Experience supporting change in technology implementations or process improvements.
  • Industry exposure in automotive, manufacturing, or aerospace is advantageous.
