About the position

Shure Inc. is excited to offer a dynamic and engaging summer internship program for the summer of 2025. This twelve-week program is designed for both undergraduate and graduate students, providing a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of Organizational Change Management (OCM). Interns will have the flexibility to work either onsite at our headquarters in Niles, IL, or fully remote from anywhere in the United States. Each intern will receive a competitive salary, and applications will be collected and reviewed, with selected candidates contacted in late fall or early winter. As an OCM Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of change management strategies within the organization. This position will involve collaborating with various teams to create effective change management plans, conducting thorough change impact analyses, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition during organizational changes. You will also be responsible for creating learning resources that facilitate understanding of specific change initiatives and assisting in the development of OCM tools that will be utilized by our leaders. Additionally, you will manage project plans for key initiatives, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in change management or organizational development
  • Familiarity with project management tools
  • Interest in management or organizational behavior
