About the position

The Organizational Change Management Intern at Cadmus will be part of a multi-disciplinary team focused on guiding organizations through transformational changes. This 10-week paid internship, starting in June 2025, will involve supporting various change management initiatives and ensuring stakeholder groups are informed and ready for future changes. The role includes conducting cultural assessments, implementing organizational design changes, and proposing process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting project teams in integrating change management initiatives into their project plans
  • Supporting strategic tasks like writing change management plans
  • Supporting strategic communications tasks including emails, newsletters, social media, and in-person meetings
  • Supporting tactical tasks like preparing PowerPoint briefings and other deliverables, and recording meeting outcomes

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program
  • Interest in consulting and change management in federal environments
  • Foundational knowledge of how people and organizations manage change
  • Excellent writing, communication, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, including setting priorities and adapting to changes in a time-sensitive, deliverable-driven workplace
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Initiative and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S Permanent Resident or U.S. Citizen
