About the position

The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager at Daikin Comfort Technologies will lead the company's transformation initiatives, focusing on the implementation of Salesforce and SAP systems. This role is pivotal in strategizing, driving, and managing organizational changes to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies. The OCM Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders to minimize resistance and enhance engagement throughout the change process.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Change Management Plans to support the Director of OCM in creating and executing comprehensive strategies.
  • Engage key stakeholders and implement communication plans, conducting regular updates and feedback sessions.
  • Monitor and evaluate change progress, tracking milestones and collecting stakeholder feedback.
  • Conduct impact assessments and develop mitigation strategies to support employee adoption of new processes.
  • Collaborate with project managers and product owners to align change management activities with project goals.
  • Evaluate change initiatives and track the ADKAR journey, creating feedback loops for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience leading change management for complex programs or 7+ years in project management roles.
  • Proven experience in organizational change management, ideally in a corporate environment or consulting firm.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Salesforce implementations or other CRM platforms.
  • Experience in the HVAC industry with understanding of OEM 'Go-to-Market' strategies.
  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci certification).
