About the position

The Organizational Change Management Manager at Deckers Brands will lead the establishment of the Organizational Change Management Center of Excellence, supporting high-impact initiatives during a period of growth and change. This role involves developing and implementing change management methodologies, tools, and best practices, while collaborating with leadership to ensure successful communication and adoption of organizational changes.

Responsibilities

  • Support the establishment of the Global Change Management Center of Excellence.
  • Collaborate in the development and implementation of tools for understanding change across roles, processes, and overall strategy.
  • Serve as an ambassador of change and support the creation and education of change champions within the organization.
  • Provide end-to-end change management consulting for high-impact transformation initiatives, including stakeholder analysis and communication strategies.
  • Co-lead the establishment of a change agent network within Deckers Brands.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of work experience in organizational change management.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional change initiatives, preferably in business, IT, and HR-related areas.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Effective management and prioritization of multiple initiatives with a proven track record.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves
