About the position

The Organizational Change Management Manager at Deckers Brands will lead the establishment of the Organizational Change Management Center of Excellence and support high-impact initiatives during a period of growth and change. This role involves collaborating with leadership to ensure successful communication, adoption, and sustainability of organizational change initiatives, while serving as an ambassador for change management methodologies and tools across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Support the establishment of the Global Change Management Center of Excellence.
  • Collaborate in the development and implementation of tools for understanding change across roles, processes, and overall strategy.
  • Serve as an ambassador of change and support the onboarding and education of change champions.
  • Provide end-to-end change management consulting and execution for high-impact transformation initiatives.
  • Co-lead the establishment of a change agent network within the organization.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of work experience in organizational change management.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional change initiatives, preferably in business, IT, and HR-related areas.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Effective management and prioritization of multiple initiatives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • ACMP or PROSCI Certification.
