About the position

The Organizational Change Management Project Manager at RedCloud will play a crucial role in supporting client operations by applying structured change management approaches. This position focuses on the people-side of change, ensuring that organizational transformations are effectively managed and adopted. The role involves developing targeted change management plans, evaluating the effectiveness of change efforts, and collaborating with various stakeholders to facilitate successful transitions.

Responsibilities

  • Apply a scalable and structured change management approach to support the people-side of change, including baselining of change readiness.
  • Utilize knowledge of situational awareness to develop change management strategies based on the groups impacted.
  • Identify potential people-side risks, anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address these concerns.
  • Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans and tools (i.e., communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, business readiness, training plan, resistance management plan) while considering adoption, reinforcement, and celebration.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of change efforts, identify performance gaps, work to develop and implement interventions when needed, and capture and apply lessons learned to achieve continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan.
  • Coordinate with other departments and leaders to leverage expertise in support of change and adoption efforts.
  • Work with cross-functional business partners to ensure consistency throughout the adoption program lifecycle and share common understanding of business impacts as a result of system and process transformation.
  • Work through others, at all levels of the organization, to ensure success of changes including coaching senior leaders and executives in how they fulfill the role of change sponsor.
  • Provide support and coaching to HR Business Partners, Learning & Development Consultants and managers as they lead their direct reports through transitions.
  • Support project teams by integrating change management activities into project plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of work experience.
  • 8 years of progressively more responsible professional experience.
  • 5 years managing change efforts using change management principles and methodologies.
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Certification in change management methodologies preferred (i.e. PROSCI).
  • Familiarity with lean practices preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, process-oriented, results-driven.
  • Solid facilitation skills at multiple management levels.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Cross-functional group coordination and collaboration.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments.

Nice-to-haves

  • Certification in change management methodologies (i.e. PROSCI) preferred.
  • Familiarity with lean practices preferred.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $126,000 - 154,000 DOE.
