About the position

The Organizational Change Manager (OCM) for L&D Generative AI is responsible for leading change management initiatives within the organization as it integrates Generative AI technologies. This role focuses on developing and executing training programs, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the transition to new AI tools is smooth and effective across all functions of the enterprise. The OCM will work on a global scale, impacting over 125,000 users, and will be involved in creating learning content, assessing training needs, and facilitating educational programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct company training programs related to Generative AI.
• Manage and enhance project plans for change management initiatives.
• Lead and direct the work of others in training and change management efforts.
• Facilitate group processes in diverse settings during training sessions.
• Develop learning interventions tailored to meet specific business needs.
• Collaborate with management to define organizational objectives and design courses accordingly.
• Collect feedback on learning programs and present evaluations to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a learning or closely related discipline or equivalent practical experience (5+ years).
• End-to-end cultural change experience, including sustainability.
• Experience in global Learning and Development implementation.
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
• Experience creating learning content and toolkits, and tracking learning metrics.
• Ability to conduct training needs assessments and recommend curriculum based on input from SMEs and users.
• Experience in creating communications, presentations, and end-user content.
• Interest in Generative AI topics and their workforce impacts.

Nice-to-haves

• Change Management Certification (LaMarsh, Prosci, CCMP or similar).
• Project Management experience.
