About the position

The Organizational Change Manager at Sigma is responsible for leading change management activities for key projects within the organization. This role involves providing guidance and project leadership to stakeholders, creating and implementing change management strategies, and ensuring effective communication and training throughout the change process. The position requires a hands-on approach to managing resistance, assessing change impact, and collaborating with various teams to support business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead organizational change activities for key projects.
  • Provide change management guidance and project leadership to sponsors, project managers, and teams.
  • Create and implement change management strategies and plans.
  • Adopt and execute organizational implementation plans in collaboration with the Central team and leaders.
  • Guide stakeholders through change, including resistance management and conflict resolution.
  • Partner with local Talent & Culture teams and business leaders on engagement and cultural change initiatives.
  • Apply structured methodologies to lead change management activities.
  • Assess and assign risk to gaps in awareness, desire, knowledge, and ability.
  • Identify, design, develop, and manage communications related to change implementation.
  • Conduct coaching and training sessions for project teams and senior leaders.
  • Assess change impact and define success metrics.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Organization Effectiveness, or related field.
  • Five years of Change Management experience in medium to large organizations.
  • Three years of experience as an internal consultant to VP levels.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Advanced degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology or related field.
  • Human Resources certification (e.g., SHRP, PROSCI Change Practitioner).
  • Knowledge of predictive modeling and statistical methods (e.g., R, SAS).
  • Experience in workforce management modeling and human capital analytics.
