About the position

As the Change Manager at Berkley Technology Services (BTS), you will take ownership of a portfolio of companies that are undergoing significant transformation initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving organizational change, fostering innovation, and ensuring successful outcomes for each company within the portfolio. The position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in change management, a deep understanding of organizational dynamics, and the ability to navigate complex business landscapes. You will oversee and coordinate transformation initiatives across multiple companies, developing a comprehensive understanding of each company's goals, challenges, and culture to tailor change strategies accordingly. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing change management strategies that align with the business objectives of each company in the portfolio. You will create detailed change plans, considering the unique needs and timelines of each organization. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and employees, will be essential. You will communicate effectively to ensure understanding of the change vision, objectives, and expected benefits, addressing concerns, gathering feedback, and adjusting change plans as needed to ensure successful adoption. Additionally, you will coordinate the design and delivery of training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge required for successful transformation. Collaborating with process engineers and trainers will ensure alignment of training programs with overall change objectives. You will also work closely with IT teams and internal delivery leads to ensure seamless integration and adoption of enterprise applications, facilitating communication between business stakeholders and IT teams to address concerns and optimize the use of these applications.

Requirements

  • A degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology.
  • Proven track record in change management.
  • Deep understanding of organizational dynamics.
  • Ability to navigate complex business landscapes.

  • Experience in consulting or advisory roles related to change management.
  • Familiarity with enterprise applications and IT integration.
