About the position

The Organizational Change Manager is responsible for leading change management initiatives across the organization, particularly in relation to strategic initiatives. This role involves collaborating with leaders and peers to assess enterprise needs, develop plans to capture ROI from changes, and support the adoption of new capabilities. The manager will conduct stakeholder analysis, develop communications, and create training programs to facilitate smooth transitions and embed changes effectively within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Work with leaders and peers to map enterprise needs and develop a change management plan.
  • Conduct stakeholder and impact analysis to identify and plan for resistance and assess change readiness.
  • Develop and deliver key communications to support the OCM work stream.
  • Document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.
  • Create actionable deliverables for sponsors, managers, and business partners to manage change effectively.
  • Leverage standard frameworks to develop resources and toolkits for building change capability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in managing change related to organization-wide transformation, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Change Management certifications such as Prosci, CCMP, or CPCM are preferred but not required.
  • Proven experience supporting operational business areas and facilitating senior level teams in change management strategy and execution.
  • Demonstrated cross-organizational project management skills and familiarity with project management approaches.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop collaborative working relationships across functions.
