About the position

The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager at Analog Devices, Inc. is responsible for leading large cross-functional transformation programs in partnership with IT and business leaders. This role focuses on the people side of change, ensuring successful outcomes by driving adoption and increasing utilization of changes related to business processes and IT systems. The OCM Manager will play a key role in helping the organization achieve its Vision 2030 goals, while also managing a team and collaborating with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth transitions during organizational changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational change management programs to ensure successful outcomes by focusing on the people side of change.
• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption and usage of required changes.
• Conduct impact assessments to evaluate the effects of changes on business processes and stakeholder groups.
• Anticipate and minimize resistance by identifying potential resistant behaviors from employees and stakeholders.
• Manage communication plans related to changes, including design, development, delivery, and management of key communications.
• Create and drive training plans to help employees adapt to changes, providing input on training delivery methods and documents.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to determine business readiness and ensure smooth transitions.
• Manage and coach OCM team members and other personnel assigned as OCM resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of Program Management, Organizational Change Management, and/or cross-functional business process transformation experience.
• At least 10 years of overall experience in relevant fields.
• Minimum of 4 years of management experience.
• Organizational Change Management Certification preferred.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry preferred.
• IT experience preferred.
