The Organizational Development & Learning (ODL) Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating strategic learning and development programs that enhance employee performance, leadership effectiveness, and organizational culture. This role focuses on organizational development beyond traditional training and development, incorporating leadership growth, talent development, employee engagement, and change management strategies. The ODL Specialist partners with HR, leadership, and cross-functional teams to assess learning needs, create impactful development programs, and foster a continuous learning environment. By leveraging innovative learning technologies, data analytics, and adult learning principles, this position plays a critical role in supporting the organization’s mission, culture, and long-term workforce planning.
