Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Director of OD and OD Team members to support learning and development initiatives.
  • Implement individual skill development programs and team-building activities.
  • Develop leadership training and supervisory toolkits.
  • Facilitate coaching and mentoring programs for employees.
  • Enhance communication and employee engagement strategies.
  • Conduct regulatory training related to health and safety.
  • Oversee formal training and education initiatives.
  • Manage non-clinical IT applications training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; or
  • Associate's degree with two years of full-time experience in human resources or a related field; or
  • High School Diploma with three years of full-time experience in human resources or a related field.
